Lujo Fino Return and Exchange Policy

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact Lujo Fino at supportteam@lujofino.com within five business days of the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information.

The request must include:

• The order number

• The reason for the return or exchange

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. All returned items will be inspected by the Lujo Fino team upon arrival. Returns and exchanges are subject to approval following this inspection.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning their items.
